Washington Mutual has a great amount of tellers so your wait time is limited. They have conveinant evening hours so you can work around your schedule. There is also a financial advise center within the bank.

It's a clean, softly lit place. The tellers are friendly and fast. I have had problems with my PIN and they helped me redo it immediately. All my requests are promptly met with a smile. Great bank!
